The following checklist outlines the steps required to be listed in the BambooHR Marketplace.
Pre-Build Qualifications
- Reviewed and acknowledged the BambooHR Marketplace Partner qualifications on the partner landing page and the marketplace application.
- Connect with us on Crossbeam for mutual visibility into our shared customer and opportunity overlap.
- Relay pre-build qualifications and build requirements to your development team and/or any team that may need to be involved in the integration build process.
Build Requirements
- BambooHR will provision a sandbox account and Developer Portal access upon acceptance into the marketplace partner program. Partner is responsible for providing the first name, last name and email address of any Full Admin users.

- Demo integration to BambooHR Partner Team
- Review the Marketplace Program Guide and Execute BambooHR Marketplace Agreement
- Send W-9 to your BambooHR Relationship Manager for commissions
- If you need a blank copy, please let us know. Our Accounting Team requires all affiliates to have a W-9 for commission payments to be made.
- Submit BambooHR Marketplace Listing
- Includes creating and publishing documentation on the integration (how it works, how to enable, what fields sync, etc.)
- Provide partner integration help guide
- Internal Sales Enablement Battle Card: This internal enablement asset serves as a quick reference guide for our customer-facing teams to gain an understanding of your offering, value prop, ideal customer profile, and key benefits so they can effectively position your solution to customers and prospects. To get started, please:
- Download the template (This powerpoint template can be uploaded to Google Slides for editing)
- Fill in each section (Please use font that is already set in template)
- Return a PDF version to partners@bamboohr.com
- Provide a copy of Security Audit to BambooHR
- Partners are required to provide proof of data security (proof of internal policies/practices and of data server security).
- Audits for both internal security and data server security should be completed by a third party. Partners must supply proof of audit.
- Currently, we accept the following audits to be compliant with this requirement:
- SOC 2 Type 1 or Type 2
- ISO 27001
- FedRAMP
- HITRUST

- Schedule a launch call with your Relationship Manager
