This is a huge differentiation for us. We have very intentionally limited the scope and configuration of our performance management system in order to save our customers time and, really, protect them from themselves and the propensity to add way too many customized questions.

It’s built-in
Although Performance Management is an add-on to our core product, it is housed completely within our product. And that means that customers will have one less bill than if they have to buy it standalone and less complexity if they want to integrate it with their employee record.
