As a thank you for trusting us with your clients, referral partners have the option of receiving referral commissions, or passing savings along to your clients via an implementation discount. The details of each option are outlined below, but here are a few things you should know:

• To qualify for either commissions or discounts, all leads must be submitted through the lead registration form here in the partner portal before contacting our sales team.
• Referral partners can not switch back and forth between offering a discount to their clients and receiving referral commissions, you have to pick one or the other for all your clients.

Referral Commission:

Referral Partners can earn 15% commission for the first full year on referrals.

Requirements:

• Partner needs to be a registered partner of BambooHR, by submitting a signed agreement and W9/W8
• Referrals can be submitted via the partner portal or recieved via a unique tracking link.
• Commission is based on your clients monthly payments. Commission is paid out quarterly on a net-45 basis. Commission will be sent on approx May 15, Aug 15, Nov 15, Feb 15.

Referral Discounts:

Referral Partners are now able to offer 35% implementation discounts to their clients. Note that the discount is on the one time implementation fee, not the monthly payments.

Requirements:

• Partner must sign the discounts agreement BEFORE the lead is submitted.
• Any leads given before the discounts agreement is signed will NOT be counted
• For the discount to be applicable leads MUST come in through the partner portal: Partners.bamboohr.com/submit-a-referral or leads that come in through any affiliate link have to be “first touch” in order to qualify for the discount.
• Leads that are already being worked by by a BambooHR rep when submitted by the partner, will not be eligible for the discount.
• Discounts are only on first time purchases on implementation fees.
• Payroll does not qualify for the discount.
• This program can be terminated anytime.

In summary: Make sure you submit your referral through the partner portal: partners.bamboohr.com BEFORE introducing your your client to bambooHR. We need the portal to be the first touch.
